CURVE, Pa. - A three-run fourth was all it took for the Altoona Curve to set down the Harrisburg Senators, 3-2, in game one of a twin bill on Thursday night at Blair County Ballpark. A Chase d'Arnaud two-RBI double in the fourth proved to be the difference maker in the ballgame.

Trailing, 1-0, entering the fourth, Alex Presley led off with an infield single, which was followed up by a Kris Watts single to put two on with no one out. Shelby Ford laid down a sacrifice bunt toward third that third baseman Tim Pahuta threw errantly wide of first, which allowed Presley to score and tie up the game at one.

After an intentional walk to Anthony Norman and a fly out by Tim Alderson (5-2), d'Arnaud delivered with his double.

On the hill, Alderson worked six innings and allowed two runs on seven hits with three strikeouts and one walk. It's the fifth quality start in a row for Alderson. Daniel Moskos worked a perfect ninth for his 14th save of the season, which ties him for the league lead with Danny Farquhar of New Hampshire.
