
Cuddyer to Join St. Lucie Mets Friday

PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. - New York Mets outfielder Michael Cuddyer will join the St. Lucie Mets on a rehab assignment on Friday.
The Mets host the Jupiter Hammerheads at Tradition Field at 6:30 p.m.
Cuddyer recently went on the disabled list with a bone bruise in his left knee. He worked out with fellow Met David Wright in Port St. Lucie on Thursday and now he's ready for game action.
The Mets signed Cuddyer last November at the start of free agency. Friday will be his first ever game with the St. Lucie Mets.
