CINCINNATI, Ohio - Andrej Nedorost scored a pair of goals and Kent McDonell added a goal and two assists, leading the Syracuse Crunch to a 4-2 victory over the Cincinnati Mighty Ducks Saturday at the Cincinnati Gardens.
Matt Davidson also scored for Syracuse, which snapped a three-game losing streak and won for first time since March 2, 2001 in Cincinnati (1-5-0-0).
Jean-Francois Labbe, assigned earlier in the day by Columbus for conditioning, made 33 saves, including 15 in the second period, to pick up the win.
Jonathan Hedstrom scored twice to extend his point streak to seven games for Cincinnati, which had a three-game unbeaten streak stopped (2-0-1-0).
Jean-Francois Damphousse made 16 saves on 20 shots before being pulled in favor of Ilja Bryzgalov in the third period. Bryzgalov stopped all eight shots he faced in 19:56 of action.
