Savery, Phils Reportedly Agree to Terms
Expected to Report to Cutters
Joe Savery has agreed to contract terms with the Phillies, a baseball source said Sunday. An official announcement is expected to be made following Savery's scheduled physical Tuesday. The Philadelphia Inquirer reported Sunday that Savery had signed for $1.37 million and is expected to report to Class A Williamsport by the end of the week.
Cutters Hitting Clinic on August 18
Kids age 8-15 can participate in the Crosscutters Fielding Clinic presented by the Williamsport YMCA. The clinic will take place Saturday, August 18 from 10am-noon. Learn hitting tips from Crosscutters coaches and players. All registration must be done at the Williamsport YMCA on Elmira St., Williamsport. Camp size is limited. Cutters Kids Camp July 28 & 29
Kids age 8-15 can participate in the Crosscutters Kids Camp July 28 & 29 at Bowman Field. The camp includes 3 hours of baseball instruction each day, a game ticket, lunch with the players and much more. Register now by calling (570) 326-3389.
