Kalamazoo Wings News Release
It will be an intergalactic North Division encounter, as the Kalamazoo Wings battle the Cincinnati Cyclones on Stars Wars Night. On the season, the K-Wings are 7-2-1-1 versus the Cyclones, with seven of the 11 meetings decided by a single goal, including five that have ended in either overtime or a shootout.

Eight Isn't Enough
Named the ECHL's Plus Performer of the Month and Player of the month for February earlier this week, forward Trent Daavettila enters today on an eight-game point streak. Daavettila, who holds the K-Wings' season-high for consecutive games with a point with 12, has notched 15 points (3 goals, 12 assists) over the course of his current streak.
Revving Up the "Kar"
A good indicator on how the K-Wings have done against Cyclones is forward Kory Karlander. The K-Wings are 7-1-0-0 when Karlander earns at least one point against the Cyclones, including 5-0-0-0 when he scores a goal.
An Even Dozen
Kalamazoo enters today unbeaten in regulation in 12 straight (10-0-0-2) games. The 12-game streak is the longest unbeaten streak by the K-Wings this season and ties the longest unbeaten streak this season in the ECHL (Stockton Thunder-10/16/10-11/20/10).
