Game Preview
For the third time this season, the Kalamazoo Wings will face-off against the Quad City Mallards. The season series is tied at 1-1-0, with each team winning on the others home ice. With a record of 25-24-3, the K-Wings hold a slight edge in the all-time series against the Mallards.
Starting tonight, the K-Wings commence a three-game road swing. Kalamazoo comes into Moline, Illinois riding a three-game winning streak. This evening's game also marks the first-time since being traded to Kalamazoo that forwards Glenn Detulleo and Jesse Rycroft play in the building they use to call home.
After going an impressive 9-3-2 in December, Quad City is ready to start 2007. Tonight is the second leg of a five-game home stand for the Mallards. Quad City finished off 2006 with a 4-2 victory at The MARK versus the Muskegon Fury.

On the Road Again
After wrapping up the 2006 portion of their schedule last Sunday, Kalamazoo will hit the road tonight for three straight games. The upcoming road trip is all part of a stretch that includes seven of their next 11 games being played on the road.
Rycroft Reaches 100
Tonight will be forward Jesse Rycroft's 100th professional career game. Ironically the milestone will occur at against the Quad City Mallards, whom Rycroft played 86 pro games for.
Up to Nine
Forward Lucas Drake enters the week looking to extend a nine-game point streak. The nine-game streak is a season high for the K-Wings and the second longest current streak in the league.
Three Straight
With their 4-1 victory on New Year's Eve versus Flint, the K-Wings have won three consecutive games. The three-game winning streak ties the K-Wings' season high.
