Game Preview
The Kalamazoo Wings will drop the curtain on the regular season with a trip to the Huntington Center to take on the Toledo Walleye. This will be the 13th and final regular season encounter between the teams. So far this year, the K-Wings are 5-6-0-1 versus the Walleye.
Kalamazoo defeated Toledo 4-1 last night at the Wings Event Center. Oscar Dansk made 22 saves to earn his first victory as a member of the K-Wings. Gergo Nagy led all K-Wings in scoring, notching two assists to extend his point streak to seven games.
The Walleye have been heating up at the right time. Toledo, who is 11-2-1-0 in their 14 games, enters today on a three-game home winning streak. The Walleye, who have sewn up the North Division crown are still looking to clinch the top record in both the Eastern Conference and the entire league.
