Countdown to Face-Off: Kalamazoo at Elmira

Traveling to the First Arena, the Kalamazoo Wings will take on the Elmira Jackals. Tonight will be the second of four meetings between the teams. Elmira defeated Kalamazoo 2-1 in their lone appearance this season at Wings Stadium back on January 16th.

Commencing a three-game road trip, the K-Wings head into the First Arena looking to continue a streak. Kalamazoo comes into tonight's game looking to extended a five-game (4-0-1-0) road unbeaten in regulation and a three-game road winning streak, both season highs.

This evening is the middle game of a three-game home stand for the Jackals. Dating back to December 14th, Elmira, who has won two straight games at home, are 6-1-1-1in their last nine games at the First Arena. On the season, the Jackals are 14-7-1-1 at home.

Forward John Armstrong enters tonight on a six-game point and assist streak. The six-game point streak ties a K-Wings season-high, while the six-game assist streak is the K-Wings season-high.

Heating Up The K-Wings enter the First Arena on a five-game (4-0-1-0) road unbeaten streak in regulation and a three-game road winning streak. Both streaks are season-highs for the K-Wings.
