CALGARY, AB- With the 12th overall pick in the 2006 WHL Bantam Draft, the Prince George Cougars have selected right defenseman Stefan ("Steph-ANN") Elliott of the North Shore Winter Club. Elliot, a product of North Vancouver, BC, stands 6'0", and weighs in at 165 lbs.
