
Cougars Celebrate Canadian Cultural Heritage

PRINCE GEORGE, BC - The Prince George Cougars have teamed up with Le Cercle des Canadiens-Francais (CCFPG) and the Prince George Nechako Aboriginal Employment & Training Association (PGNAETA) to host Canadian Cultural Heritage Night on Tuesday, March 3rd. The CCFPG and PGNAETA will both be in attendance offering information on the services they offer in Prince George. As part of the festivities the Canadian national anthem will be performed in French and English. The evening will also feature contests and in-stand trivia highlighting Canadian heritage.
"We look forward to joining with a couple of different groups in the community to celebrate our national identity," said Cougars Vice President Brandi Brodsky.
