Johnstown, Pa. - High-scoring Chiefs rookie Connor Shields isn't only opening eyes around the ECHL anymore.
The forward out of Dartmouth College is the featured ECHL prospect on the National Hockey League's website. To read the entire story click here.
Shields, 25, is currently seventh among ECHL rookies in points with 21, while his 11 goals rank fourth among first-year skaters, 14th overall. He was named the Reebok Hockey ECHL Rookie of the Month for November after posting 17 points (9G, 8A) in 13 games. He had two seperate five-game point streaks during the month along with six multi-point games.
