Condors welcome the Oakland Raiderettes to The Nest Saturday

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - The Bakersfield Condors return from a five-game road trip to the Mercy & Memorial Hospitals Home Ice at Rabobank Arena on Saturday to take on the Phoenix RoadRunners. Doors open at 6 p.m., puck drops at 7 p.m.

On Saturday, the Oakland Raiderettes come to Condorstown, brought to you by ABC23, 98.5 The Fox and Cal Water. Football's Fabulous Females will perform a dance routine from center ice during both the first and second intermissions. They will also appear in the Condors Photo Booth to pose for photos and sign autographs prior to the game and during the third period. Fans can take photos with the Raiderettes, have it framed in Condors picture frame, and get it autographed by the NFL cheerleaders.

Also during the game, the Raiderettes will pump up the crowd from different sections, one fan will have the chance to win $200 in Chuck-A-Puck and the Kiss Cam will scan the stands for couples and award the best smooch with a set of pearl earrings.

Saturday night's game is also an ABC23, SC Architect and Kern County Firefighters Condors Classroom Champions Night. Students who achieve outstanding attendance levels, or who meet behavioral goals, will receive a complimentary ticket to the game.

Following the game, Condors Tyler Scott and Bobby Bolt will be at the Bakersfield Marriott Autograph Booth. The autograph booth is located on the arena concourse behind section 108. The players will arrive at the booth approximately 20 minutes after the conclusion of the game to meet fans and sign autographs. Scott will be on the cover of the Nightly Notes, so be sure to pick up your copy at the game and get it autographed.

Saturday's game will be televised live on Bright House Networks Ch. 21. All televised games will be available on Bakersfield On Demand Cable Ch. 300, starting the following day.

Vote for Condors Hockey in Bakersfield Life Magazine's "Greatest Thing About Bakersfield" readers' poll. The Condors defeated other Bakersfield favorites to reach the Final Four and now voters have until Nov. 30 to cast their ballots. The results will be announced in the December issue of Bakersfield Life Magazine.

Individual game tickets are on sale and may be purchased through the Rabobank Arena Box Office, which is open from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Saturday with extended hours on game days.
