Blades Goaltender Khudobin called up to AHL

ESTERO, FL - Florida Everblades president and general manager Craig Brush along with head coach Malcolm Cameron announced that goaltender Anton Khudobin has been recalled to the Houston Aeros of the American Hockey League.
Khudobin heads to the Aeros after posting a 5-1-0 record with a 1.84 goals against average in six games with the Everblades. The 22-year-old has won five straight starts, including posting his sixth career shutout on November 8. The native of Kazakhstan was recently named the ECHL Goaltender of the Week after going 2-0-0 with a 0.50 GAA during the week of Nov. 3-9.
Khudobin also spent time with the Aeros in the 2007-08 season, playing 12 games and posting a 2-2-1 record with a 1.99 GAA.

The Everblades return to action on Friday, November 21 when they travel to Augusta to take on the Lynx from James Brown Arena at 7:30 p.m.! The Everblades' next home game is Friday, December 12 when they host the South Carolina Stingrays at 7:30 p.m.
