WILL YOU BE # 2 MILLION? The Condors will draw their 2 millionth fan in team history this weekend, leaving only one question - will it be you? In celebration of this impressive attendance milestone, the Condors have put together a prize pack for the lucky fan that will go down in history as # 2,000,000. The prize pack includes a 10th Anniversary jersey with "2 million" as the number, tickets for the remainder of the 2007-08 season, a team-signed hockey stick, a commemorative plaque, upgraded seats for that night's game and a lottery ticket with the numbers of that night's starting lineup (with the potential to win more than $2,000,000).
CONDORS FLYING AFTER THUNDER AND ROADRUNNERS:
The Condors tied the Stockton Thunder for the final National Conference playoff spot last weekend after taking two of three meetings against the Utah Grizzlies in Salt Lake City. Bakersfield triumphed in the final game of the series behind two C Tim Konsorada goals. However, Stockton gained two points last night with a 3-2 win over the Fresno Falcons, moving them into a tie for 7th in the National Conference with Phoenix, just two points above the Condors for the final playoff seed.
PROMOTIONAL NOTES:
The first 2,000 fans, 12-and-under, in attendance tonight will receive Yutaka Fukufuji bobbleheads, courtesy of ABC 23 and Carl's Jr.
