ONTARIO, Calif. - The Bakersfield Condors (0-1-0-1, 1pt.) could not muster anything past G Michael Hutchinson and were shutout by the Ontario Reign (1-0-0-0, 2pts), 3-0, on Saturday night at Citizens Business Bank Arena.

First period Ontario goal: F Mario Lamoureux tipped home a point shot past G Paul Karpowich at 7:12. Reign lead, 1-0Ontario goal: On the power play, F Matt White scored his first professional goal off a loose rebound at the top of the crease. Time of the goal, 14:45. Reign lead, 2-0Bakersfield received a late power-play and took the last four shots of the period, but were outshot 13-6.

Second period No scoring in the period as the Condors are successful on their lone penalty kill.

Third period Ontario goal: White potted his second of the night from the same spot he scored the first one at 8:04. Reign lead, 3-0
