Bulls Lose in Alaska, Earn Weekend Split

ANCHORAGE, Alaska - The San Francisco Bulls lost to the Alaska Aces, 5-0, Saturday night at Sullivan Arena to split the weekend series. Peter Sivak, picked up four assists and Evan Trupp potted two goals.

Jordan Kremyr gave the Aces a 1-0 lead with 8:01 left in the first period. Beskorowany turned away 16 of 17 Aces shots, a night after making a team-record 44 saves. The hosts out-shot the Bulls 17-2 after 20 minutes.

Trupp would add a power-play tally, 9:57 in to the middle frame. The Bulls and Aces both had nine shots in the period, but the Aces led the game in shots 26-11 after 40 minutes.

Trupp, B.J. Crum and Zach Davies would all score in the third to add to the 5-0 final score. Sivak assisted on all three third-period markers. The Bulls will look to bounce back when they travel to Boise to face the Idaho Steelheads, Wednesday night at 6:10 pm PT.

Bulletins: Luke Judson made his professional debut...The Bulls successfully killed two 5-on-3 power plays.....The Bulls were out-shot 39-17...Kris Belan led the Bulls in shots on goal with six.
