
Colorado Rapids Defender Alex Gersbach Undergoes Successful Procedure to Address Tendon Injury

COMMERCE CITY, Colo. - Colorado Rapids defender Alex Gersbach has undergone a successful procedure to address a chronic adductor tendon injury, the club announced today. The Australian international is expected to be sidelined between six to eight weeks as he rehabilitates from the procedure.
Gersbach, 26, joined the Rapids ahead of the 2023 MLS season from Ligue 2 side Grenoble Foot 38 and has made five appearances across all competitions for the club, logging one assist.
