
Colorado Eagles Partner with UPN 20 to Televise Three Games

Windsor, CO â The Colorado Eagles of the Central Hockey League (CHL) will televise three games this season on KTVD UPN 20, the front office announced today.
The first televised game is against the New Mexico Scorpions Saturday, December 13. The broadcast will begin at 2:30 p.m. (MST) and the puck will drop at 2:45 p.m. (MST). The Eagles are under contract to air the Eagles match up with the Odessa Jackalopes Saturday, January 10 with the broadcast beginning at 12:30 p.m. (MST) and against the Fort Worth Brahmas Saturday, March 6 with the broadcast beginning at 2:20 p.m. (MST). Broadcast dates and times of the games are subject to change.

"As the broadcast home of the Nuggets, Avalanche, Rockies, and Mountain West football and baseball the Colorado Eagles were a perfect fit into our coverage and working with the Eagles organization makes strategic sense as well."

The Colorado Eagles are currently first in the Northwest Division and are tied for second overall in the Central Hockey league (with the Laredo Bucks). The Memphis River Kings lead the league and are only one point ahead of the Eagles (the Kings have 26 points, the Eagles have 25). The Eagles currently have three players in the league's top ten in points. Eagles right winger Greg Pankewicz leads the league in points (31), left winger Ryan Tobler is third in the league (27 points), and center Riley Nelson is seventh in the league (22 points). Eagles goalie Ryan Bach currently leads the league in minutes in the net (965:28) and in wins with 11. He is second in the league for the most saves with 402.
