DENVER, Colo. -- The Colorado Crush activated wide receiver/defensive back Kamau Peterson from the injured reserve list and placed him on waivers, it was announced today.

Peterson (6-0, 181, New Hampshire), in his first season in the Arena Football League, appeared in two games for the Crush, catching four passes for 46 yards and a touchdown. He caught two passes for 23 yards in a loss at San Jose on March 14 and also caught two passes for 23 yards and his first AFL touchdown in a win at Philadelphia on March 21.

Peterson spent the first five games of the season on injured reserve with a left rib injury before he was activated on March 12. He was once again placed on the injured reserve list on March 26 with a hamstring injury.

The moves leave the Crush active roster at the league minimum of 20 players.
