BURLINGTON, VT - Behind a 16-hit barrage, the Brooklyn Cyclones, the Short Season, Class A affiliate of the New York Mets, thumped the Vermont Lake Monsters 13-7 Friday night at Centennial Field in the second of a three-game series.

BIG MOMENTS

- Manny Rodriguez, who tallied a career-high three hits, blasted a two-run double in Brooklyn's four-run third inning.

- Chase Chambers went 3-5, including a two-run double in the opening frame, giving the Cyclones a 2-0 lead.

- Starter Nicolas Debora earned his first win of the season, striking out three over five innings of two-run ball. He allowed a career-high five walks and four hits.
