Chiefs To Host 'Chasing the Dream' Party

Johnstown, PA- Last season, the Johnstown Chiefs were featured across North America in television series called "Chasing the Dream."

This Sunday afternoon, fans can have the opportunity to view several episodes of the show at Ace's Lounge, on Chestnut St. in Cambria City. Show time is at 2:00 p.m. There will be a cash bar, and food available.

There were six episodes in the series, produced by NHL Productions. The four man production crew followed the Chiefs on and off the ice throughout the 2001-2002 season. Several of the current members of the Chiefs are profiled in the show. Jerry Houser, who starred as Dave "Killer" Carlson in the movie "Slapshot," narrated "Chasing the Dream." "Chasing the Dream," was aired across Canada and parts of the United States on the NHL Network.

Anyone who wises to attend the "Chasing the Dream," party, please R.S.V.P. the Chiefs office by Friday, February 14th.

The Chiefs will play their 1000th ECHL game on Saturday, February 22nd, when they host the Toledo Storm. The first 2,000 people through the gate will receive a commemorative coffee mug courtesy of Sheetz. For tickets call (814) 536-5156 or 1-800-CHF-TIXX.
