CLINTON, IA- Early afternoon storms left Ashford University Field underwater Monday causing a postponement of the Peoria Chiefs at Clinton LumberKings game. The two teams will attempt to play a double header Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. the final day the teams are scheduled to face each other in 2014.
The Chiefs start RH Luis Perdomo (3-4, 4.50) against Clinton RH Seon Gi Kim (1-3, 3.03) in game one. Clinton will start RH Tyler Herb (1-1, 4.15) in game two while the Chiefs have not announced a starter though LH Rob Kaminsky (7-2, 1.81) was originally scheduled to be the Tuesday starter.
