Peoria Chiefs News Release

PEORIA, IL- The Thursday night game between the Peoria Chiefs and Cedar Rapids Kernels was rained out at Dozer Park. The Chiefs will welcome the Quad Cities River Bandits to Dozer Park for a three game series starting Friday at 6:30 p.m. The Chiefs will start Thursday's scheduled starter LH Jimmy Reed (0-1, 4.50) against Bandits LH Kent Emanuel (0-0, 3.00). The River Bandits were also rained out on Thursday at Clinton and will bring a 9-10 record to Peoria to face the 11-7 Chiefs.

Fans with tickets to Thursday's game can exchange them at the Dozer Park Box Office for a future 2014 regular season game. Tickets may be exchanged in person or by calling 309-680-4008.
