Prince George, B.C. - The Western Hockey League has announced that Prince George Cougars forward Charles Inglis has received a 10-game suspension due to a Checking to the Head match penalty that he received in the third period of Saturday's game with Victoria.

"These are the types of hits all leagues are trying to get out of the game," said Prince George Cougars General Manager Dallas Thompson. "Unfortunately we had an incident. Now the suspension has come down. We move on."

The suspension to Inglis takes effect immediately and he'll be eligible to return on Wednesday, October 26th when the Prince George Cougars play in Kelowna.
