MISSISSAUGA, ON - The Cleveland Charge (1-4) of the NBA G League, presented by Cleveland Clinic, were defeated by the Raptors 905 (6-2), 116-114, at the Paramount Fine Foods Centre on Thursday night.

Sheldon Mac came off the bench to score 19 of his 32 points in the second half, including 11 points from the foul line, in 33 minutes. R.J. Nembhard posted a double-double of 21 points and 12 assists with six rebounds and two steals in 42 minutes. Josh Huestis scored a season-high 16 points and grabbed seven rebounds in 36 minutes. In his Charge debut against his former team, Jawun Evans scored 15 points, dished six assists and nabbed three steals in 28 minutes of relief. The Charge won the turnover battle 26-14 but were at a large disadvantage to the Raptors on the glass, getting outrebounded 56-37.

Raptors 905 was led by Dalano Banton's 33 points on 13-of-22 from the field, including 20 in the second quarter, with 13 rebounds, seven assists and two steals in 38 minutes. Breein Tyree added 27 points on 10-of-17 shooting with a pair of steals in 38 minutes. Ashton Hagans scored 12 of the 905's 40 bench points on the night.
