Veteran defenseman Santino Centorame has been named the Attack's Becker Shoes Player of the Week after putting together a stellar weekend on the Attack blueline.

The Mississauga native was held scoreless on Friday night, but responded in a big way on Saturday night against his former team, scoring the game winning goal with just over eight minutes left in regulation.

The 5'11 rearguard was back at it again on Sunday when he notched two goals and picked up an assist in an Attack loss, however; did finish the game with a +4 rating.

Centorame, is in his third season with the Attack after being acquired from the London Knights (along with Kyle PLatzer) in the Gemel Smith transaction. Centorame is currently 3rd amongst OHL defenders in scoring and tied T-1st for goals with four.

The Attack is back in action when they travel to Barrie on Thursday and Kitchener on Friday before returning home on Sunday for another Investment Planning Counsel kids day.
