JACKSONVILLE, FL - Your Jacksonville Suns will be home daily with five games against Chattanooga (LAD) from July 4-8!
The Homestand kicks off on Friday, Independence Day and don't miss our 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular, Red, White and Blue Patriotic Jersey Auction and Blood Drive! The Suns are celebrating Independence Day with the Biggest Fireworks Show in Bragan Field History after the game, courtesy of Winn-Dixie! Also the Suns salute the Military by wearing special Red, White & Blue Patriotic jerseys which will be available to buy in our silent auction during the game to benefit the Greater Jacksonville Area USO. You can win the jersey off of your favorite player's back, sponsored by Northrop Grumman, CW17 & 96.9 The Eagle! The Blood Alliance Bloodmobile will be at Bragan Field and the Suns encourage all fans to donate blood! The first 25 donors receive 2 tickets to the game, a hot dog and soda voucher and a special Suns gift!
Saturday Night is Red, White & Blue Suns Cap Giveaway Night, Special Independence Day Weekend Saturday Night Post-Game Fireworks Spectacular, Sea Best Saturday Night Shrimp Dinner & Blood Alliance Blood Drive! Be sure to arrive early as the first 3,000 fans get a Red, White & Blue Suns Cap courtesy of The Blood Alliance, FOX 30 & 99.1 WQIK! Plus The Blood Alliance Bloodmobile will be on hand and the Suns encourage all fans to donate blood! It's Family Faith Day on Sunday at Bragan Field & Kids Run The Bases! It's a day of faith, fellowship and our national pastime featuring a special Post-game concert from area churches, sponsored by 91.7 The Promise! Plus after the game and before the concert all kids can run the bases, courtesy of VyStar Credit Union!
It's Baseball in the SUNShine on Monday afternoon with a special 12:05 Matinee and it's Camp Day! All area camps are invited to come out to the Baseball Grounds and support the Suns during this special Monday afternoon game!
The Homestand comes to a close on Tuesday and it's a Fifty Cent Family Feast Night, Hi-Chew Kids Night & Gate Tuesday Night Tickets! Tickets for all Suns home games are currently on sale through the Suns Box Office at (904) 358-2846, or online at www.jaxsuns.com. Tickets are $7.50 for general admission, $10.50 for reserved seating and $13.50 for Homeplate Box seating. Limited sponsorships, season tickets and group packages are still available. The 2013 season is presented by Everbank, official banking partner of the Jacksonville Suns. The Suns are the Double-A Affiliate of the Miami Marlins and a member of the Southern League of Professional Baseball.
