MOBILE, Ala. - The Miami Marlins announced a pair of transactions that impact their Double-A affiliate Jacksonville Suns roster prior to tonight's game against the Mobile BayBears at Hank Aaron Stadium at 8:05 p.m. ET.

Infielder Danny Black has been transferred from Jacksonville to Triple-A New Orleans. With the Suns in 63 games, Black hit .225 (46-for-204) with a pair of homers, 21 RBI and four triples. This is the first call-up to Triple-A in Black's career.

In a corresponding move, infielder Terrence Dayleg has been transferred from High-A Jupiter to Jacksonville. In 55 games with the Hammerheads, Dayleg hit .278 (59-for-212) with a home run and 15 RBI. This is the first call-up to Double-A in Dayleg's career. Dayleg was selected by the Marlins in the 22nd round of the 2009 draft out of Western Kentucky.

The Suns roster now stands at 25 active players and a revised roster is attached.

Tonight the Suns will send out left-hander Chipper Smith (2-2, 3.62) while the BayBears will likely counter with right-hander Justin Fitzgerald (6-1, 4.17).
