
Cedrick Desjardins And P.K. Subban Will Take Part In AHL Skills Competition Tonight

SPRINGFIELD, MA - The American Hockey League announced today that Hamilton Bulldogs goaltender Cedrick Desjardins and defenceman P.K. Subban will both take part in the RBC Rapid Fire and the EA Sports NHL 10 Breakaway Relay events tonight at 8:00 p.m. Desjardins will also compete in the McDonalds Pass and Score while Subban will also participate in the Reebok Hardest shot competition.
Desjardins, 24, has a record of 17-6-2 in 26 games this season while currently ranking second in the AHL in goals-against-average with a 1.81, fifth in save percentage with 0.929 and first in shutouts with five.
Subban, 20, leads all 'Dogs defencemen and all rookie defencemen in the AHL in points with 28 (nine goals, 19 assists) in the 43 games the rookie defender has played with the Bulldogs. The native of Toronto, Ontario has scored five of his nine goals on the power play and leads all AHL rookies with a plus-22 rating.
