Lethbridge, AB - The Lethbridge Hurricanes are proud to once again team up with the Canadian Cancer Society - Relay for Life on Friday, March 15th when they host the Medicine Hat Tigers.

Organizers will be on hand selling pucks for their "Chuck-A-Puck" to be held during the 1st intermission. Bridge City Chrysler has partnered with the Canadian Cancer Society with the grand prize being a 2013 Fiat 500!! Volunteers will be selling the pucks on the concourse for $5 dollars per puck and money raised will go to the Relay For Life Teams selling the pucks. All of the money raised for the Lethbridge Relay For Life stays in AB/NWT with the majority of funds staying in Lethbridge to fund the programs they offer including:

. A financial assistance program for treatment patients

. A volunteer driver program that aids people with transportation to and from treatment

. A prosthesis program for women who have undergone mastectomies and many more.

The money raised is shared with researchers across the province including funding to the University of Lethbridge, Calgary and Edmonton. For more information or to be involved in this year's Relay For Life, scheduled for June 7th, 2013, be sure and visit www.relayforlife.ca.
