Calgary Hitmen Host Everett Friday, Swift Current Sunday

Calgary, AB - The Calgary Hitmen, who lead the Western Hockey League Central Division with a record of 14-5, return to action this weekend with a pair of home games.

Friday, the Hitmen host the Craig Hartsburg led Everett Silvertips in their only visit of the season (7:00 p.m. Pengrowth Saddledome).

There will be representatives from Safeway Canada and Prostate Cancer Canada in attendance to help kick off the month of "Movember." There will be information booths set up on the concourse. Throughout the month Hitmen players will be growing a mustache to help raise awareness about Prostate Cancer. Go to www.hitmenhockey.com under the "Movember" promotion to donate on behalf of your favorite player. It's also student night. Show your student I-D Card and receive a $9 ticket.

Then on Sunday the Hitmen host the Swift Current Broncos in their first meeting of the season (5:00 p.m. Pengrowth Saddledome).

It's the NSD Coaching Day in Alberta Promotion. Minor Hockey coaches from around Southern Alberta can attend a two day clinic this weekend (Saturday at NSD and Sunday at Pengrowth Saddledome) and learn from some of the best coaches in the province free of charge.

Coaches can then cap Day 2 with their entire hockey team with an exclusive ticket offer for 20 to see the Hitmen take on the Swift Current Broncos. Go to www.calgaryflames.com for more information.
