Funk leads the T-Birds in scoring with 55 points (33g, 22a) in 36 games but appeared in three games for the Hitmen recording eight shots on goal. Funk was taken by Calgary in the second round, 43rd overall, in the 2018 WHL Bantam Draft. Both transactions leave the Hitmen with seven defencemen, two goalies and 14 forwards.
