
Calgary Hitmen Beat Moose Jaw 7-3

Calgary, AB - Cody Sylvester and Ian Schultz each scored twice to lead the Calgary Hitmen to a 7-3 win over the Warriors in Moose Jaw Monday night.
The victory was Calgary's first of the playoffs and continues a playoff series trend of three straight wins for the road team. Moose Jaw leads the best-of-seven Eastern Conference Quarter-Final Series 2-1.
Zak Stebner, Misha Fisenko and Joel Broda also scored for Calgary while Del Cowan and Tyler Shattock each chipped in a pair of assists. Twelve Hitmen finished the game with at least one point.
Calgary outshot Moose Jaw 38-34 chasing Warriors starting goaltender Jeff Bosch after the sixth goal. Martin Jones went the distance in the Hitmen net making 31 saves.
The series resumes tomorrow (Tuesday) night with Game 4 at the Moose Jaw Civic Centre.
