Austin Spurs News Release
LAS VEGAS - The Austin Spurs defeated the Sioux Falls Skyforce by a final score of 112-99 on Wednesday night at the NBA G League Winter Showcase.
San Antonio Spurs assignee Josh Primo posted 11 points, 8 assists and 5 rebounds in the win.
Two-way player Devontae Cacok recorded his ninth consecutive double-double for Austin with 22 points and 16 rebounds, and two-way player Joe Wieskamp finished with 10 points.
Four other Spurs players scored in double figures: Jaylen Morris (16), Kaleb Johnson (14), Aric Holman (13) and Jayvon Graves (10).
DJ Stewart led Sioux Falls with a game-high 30 points.
The 2021-22 Austin Spurs season is presented by SWBC.

Now that the Showcase Cup has concluded, team records will reset, and the 36-game regular season will tip off on Monday, Dec. 27. Austin will return home to take on the Texas Legends on Tuesday, Dec. 28 at 7:30 p.m. CT. The game will be broadcast live on Bally Sports Southwest and ESPN+.
