
Juwan Morgan Signs 10-Day Contract with Toronto Raptors

PORTLAND, ME - Maine Celtics forward Juwan Morgan has earned a GATORADE Call-Up to the NBA, signing a 10-day contract with the Toronto Raptors, under the COVID-related hardship allowance.
Morgan, an Indiana product, has played in 13 games for Maine this season, averaging 12.6 points, 6.8 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game. He has recorded double-digit points in 10 games this season. An NBA veteran, Morgan was previously on a Two-Way contract with the Utah Jazz, playing in 50 games over two seasons from 2019-21 and averaging 1.4 points and 1.1 rebounds in 5.6 minutes in his NBA career.
Morgan becomes the 17th player in franchise history to earn a GATORADE Call-Up, and the third this week. Theo Pinson and Luke Kornet both signed 10-day contracts earlier this week.
