AMARILLO, TX - It was a big weekend on the ice for the Amarillo Bulls sweeping the Odessa Jackalopes 2-1 in overtime and 6-1. The Bulls evened their record on home ice to 5-5-1 and now have a mark of 7-9-1. It's now seven straight on the road and 31 days until the next home game.

HERE IS A LOOK AHEAD:

RADIO SHOW IS BACK: Tonight fans are invited to Seven Bar and Grill from 6 to 7 pm and the Amarillo Bulls Radio Show. Host Denis J. Puska has the very latest on your NAHL team and interviews Head Coach Jon Rogger regarding a sweep of the Jackalopes. This week's guests are newcomers Luke Novak and Nick Le Sage. BATTLE OF THE CATTLE THIS WEEKEND: It's the third and four meetings of the season as the Amarillo Bulls visit the Lone Star Brahmas at NYTEX Center in North Richland Hills, TX. Fans can tune into all of the action live on CBS Sports Radio 1440, online at www.amarillobulls.com and on PPV courtesy of Fast Hockey. The Wayand Baptist University Warm Up Show begins coverage at 7:15 pm followed by the puck drop at 7:30 pm.

NEXT AT HOME: Hockey returns to the Budweiser Bull Pen in the Amarillo Civic Center on Friday, Dec. 19 and Saturday, Dec. 20 when the Bulls host the Lone Star Brahmas. Saturday is Toys For Tots Teddy Bear Toss. Bring a new or gently used Teddy Bear or Stuffed Animal to the game and when the Bulls score their first goal. Throw the toys onto the ice in support of the Toys For Tots Program.

WEEKEND REWIND:

AMARILLO BULLS 2 - ODESSA JACKALOPES 1, OT: Cody Gylling scored twice including the game winner in overtime via the power play to propel the Amarillo Bulls past the Odessa Jackalopes on Saturday night. Each team had a goal in the opening period and then Gylling's winner early in the extra session. Goaltender Anton Martinsson earned the win in goal stopping 34 shots he facd.

AMARILLO BULLS 6 - ODESSA JACKALOPES 1: A four goal first period outburst powered the Amarillo Bulls to victory on Sunday night. Riley Christensen and Will Harrison each scored twice for the winners, while Cody Gylling and Kasper Emanuelsson had the others. Jacob Weatherly notched his third win of the season in goal.
