Bullpen Falters Late in 6-2 Loss to C's

Vancouver broke up a tie game with four runs in the seventh as the visitors defeated the Indians, 6-2, in front of 2,203 fans at Avista Stadium for RIBBY the Mascot's Birthday & Redband Rally Night.

TOP PERFORMERS

Nick Bush, who last pitched for the Spokane Indians in 2021, tossed 3.2 innings of one-run ball as he continues to work his way back from a shoulder injury that kept him out for the entire 2023 season. The southpaw out of Louisiana State is slated to make one more start for Spokane before heading to either Hartford or Albuquerque.

Shortstop Dyan Jorge had a pair of hits and two RBI and is now batting .600 (6-for-10) with three RBI and one stolen base over his last three games.

Caleb Franzen, Davis Palermo, and Brayan Castillo combined for 3.2 scoreless innings of relief with five strikeouts and just one baserunner allowed.
