Atlantic City Boardwalk Bullies News Release
ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. â The Atlantic City Boardwalk Bullies of the ECHL, a proud affiliate of the New York Islanders, will hold their second annual "Bring On the Warmth" Coat Drive in conjunction with the Salvation Army of Atlantic County at upcoming home games on Sunday, November 14, Tuesday, November 16, and Friday, November 19.
Fans are encouraged to bring in new or used coats in good condition to be donated to those who cannot afford them during the cold winter months. For each coat donated, fans will receive a coupon redeemable for a $1 Mezzanine level ticket at any Bullies home game in 2004-05. There will be a Salvation Army drop-off table located next to the VIP/Will Call table in the main lobby at Boardwalk Hall starting one hour before each game where fans can drop off coats and receive their coupons.
Through the generosity of many fans, more than 500 coats were collected during the first annual "Bring On the Warmth" Coat Drive held last December.
Atlantic City concludes their season-high five-game road trip at 7PM tonight against the Charlotte Checkers at Cricket Arena. Catch all the action beginning with "Bullies Countdown" at 6:40PM on ESPN Radio 1450AM and the Surfer Network.
The Bullies return home to Historic Boardwalk Hall at 7:05PM on Saturday, November 13 to battle the Trenton Titans. All Saturday home games are "Family Nights". Purchase 4 tickets, 4 hot dogs, and 4 sodas for just $44. For more information or to order tickets, call (609) 348-PUCK.
