The Waterloo Bucks (15-45, 5-20) defeated the Bismarck Larks (33-26, 8-15) by a 7-1 final on Tuesday evening.
Brendan Hueth (2-5, R, RBI, 2 SB), Myles Emmerson (2-3, R, RBI, BB), Angelo Altavilla (2-5, R, SB), and Dawnoven Smith (2-2, R, BB, HBP) all compiled multi-hit games for Waterloo. Carmen Sclafani (1-4, 2 R, BB, HR, 3 RBI) belted a 3-run home run to get the scoring started in the second.
Sam Thoresen (W, 6.0 ip, 0 R, 3 H, 4 BB, 1 K) threw a stellar scoreless outing to earn his second win of the season.
The Bucks and the Larks wrap up their series on Wednesday with a doubleheader at 11:05 a.m. and 7:05 p.m.
