Brownsten Placed on Disabled List

Rome Emperors News Release

The Rome Braves announce that catcher Cory Brownsten has been placed on the disabled list with a right thumb fracture. He was injured and last played in a game on July 16th. Rome concludes their road trip tonight against Greenville before returning to State Mutual Stadium to begin a seven game homestand on Wednesday against the Delmarva Shorebirds.
