FRISCO, TEXAS (August 6, 2015) - Lewis Brinson collected six RBI and blasted a three-run home run in the seventh inning as the Frisco RoughRiders came back from an early six-run deficit to defeat the San Antonio Missions, 9-7, on Thursday night at Dr Pepper Ballpark. Drew Robinson scored three runs and tripled twice in the victory.

Down 7-6 entering the seventh, Frisco rallied with back-to-back singles from Luis Mendez and Nomar Mazara. With two outs, Brinson destroyed a 2-0 pitch from Bryce Morrow and put the Riders ahead, 9-7.

After a troublesome first inning put San Antonio ahead, 6-0, the Riders began their comeback. Frisco picked up one run in the second inning and used a four-run, two-out rally in the third to pull within one run. Mendez knocked a RBI triple to score Preston Beck to make it 6-2. Frisco cut the deficit to one with RBI hits from Robinson, Brinson and Alex Burg.

Frisco tied the contest in the fifth inning. Robinson laced his second triple of the night and scored on a sacrifice fly from Brinson to complete the six-run comeback. San Antonio answered in the sixth inning with a solo homer from Adolfo Reina to retake the lead, 7-6.

The Missions hopped on Frisco starter Connor Sadzeck, who was making his Double-A debut. The right-hander recorded just one out and allowed six runs on three hits and three walks. Yeison Asencio and Tyson Gillies contributed two-run base hits in the frame to help San Antonio take an early 6-0 advantage.

Keone Kela (1-0) earned the victory as he tossed perfect seventh frame with two strikeouts. Jefri Hernandez pitched 3 2/3 scoreless frames to keep Frisco in the contest. Morrow (3-3) dropped the decision over 3 2/3 innings in relief of starter Ronald Herrera. The righty allowed four runs on five hits, including the game-winning home run to Brinson. David Martinez worked a scoreless ninth to pick up his 16th save and finish off the 9-7 victory for Frisco.
