Brewers promote OF Joantgel Segovia from Mudcats to Double-A Biloxi

ZEBULON, N.C. - The Milwaukee Brewers announced a series of roster transactions today with two affecting the Carolina Mudcats active roster. The moves included the promotion of OF Joantgel Segovia from the Mudcats to Double-A Biloxi and the transfer of INF Julio Garcia to the Mudcats from rookie level Rocky Mountain.
The Mudcats roster is currently at 25 active players with one on the injured list.

5/26: INF Julio Garcia transferred to Carolina from Rocky Mountain Vibes
Garcia will wear jersey No. 3. Additionally, Pitching Coach Cam Castro has changed from jersey No. 18 to jersey No. 30.

First established in 1991, the two-time Southern League Champion Mudcats are entering their 29th consecutive season of baseball at Five County Stadium in Zebulon, N.C.
