
Breaux Has Four Hits in Loss

Hudson Valley Renegades News Release
The Hudson Valley Renegades fell to the Jersey Shore BlueClaws on Wednesday night at Dutchess Stadium, 6-4.
The game was a see-saw affair until the Claws put single runs up in the sixth and ninth innings to seal the victory.
Josh Breaux had four hits in the loss with a double and a run scored. He came up in the ninth with the tying run on base but grounded out.
Josh Smith and Anthony Seigler added doubles for Hudson Valley.
A wild pitch in the sixth inning brought home Keaton Greenwalt with the go-ahead run. An RBI double in the ninth by Jonathan Guzman gave the Claws a two-run lead.
Charlie Reugger (1-4) took the loss for Hudson Valley, while Andrew Brown (2-1) took the win. Nick Lackney earned his first save.
With the loss and a loss by Aberdeen, the Renegades maintain a one-game lead in North Division of High-A East.
The series continues on Thursday.
