Braves Donate Tickets To Charity

Mississippi Braves News Release


The Mississippi Braves announce that they have donated six dugout-level tickets to Hudspeth Regional Center for the Braves game on August 23 vs West Tenn and for the Braves game on August 30 vs Chattanooga. Hudspeth Regional Center is one of five state operated comprehensive regional facilities for persons with developmental disabilities/mental retardation operated under the administration of the Department of Mental health, Bureau of Mental Retardation.

The Braves also announce that they have donated 23 dugout-level tickets to The Orchard retirement community for the Braves game on August 24 vs West Tenn. The Orchard, Mississippi's premiere retirement community, offers senior citizens a comfortable, carefree lifestyle.

The Braves have also donated 250 tickets to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Mississippi for the Braves game on August 25 vs West Tenn. Big Brothers Big Sisters mentors children who need and want contributions toward a better education and a brighter future. They strive to help children reach their full potential.

The Braves announce that they partnered with Mississippi Blood Services and Clear Channel Radio (MISS 103, Z 106.7, and Hallelujah 95.5) in their "Dunking for Donations" promotion on Thursday, July 28th. A total of 262 tickets to the Braves game on August 31 vs Chattanooga were given to donors.
