Brassard and Ennis to Join Future Generals Hockey Camp as Coaches

The Future Generals Hockey Camp is excited to announce Matt Brassard and Will Ennis as coaches. They will be joining Allan McShane, Danil Antropov, Mario Peccia, Ty Tullio, Dylan Robinson, Nico Gross, Nando Eggenberger, Mitchell Brewer and Nick Wong as confirmed coaches, along with members of the Oshawa Generals coaching staff for what is sure to be an exciting week for all campers attending. The Future Generals Hockey Camp is being held on August 20th -24th at the Tribute Communities Centre.
Brassard completed his second year with the Generals last season, after being acquired from his hometown Barrie Colts the season prior. Last season, Brassard scored 16 goals and 35 assists in 67 games and was presented the Bobby Orr Top Defenceman award by the Oshawa Generals organization. Brassard was drafted in the 7th round, 188th overall at the 2017 NHL Entry Draft.
Ennis completed his sophomore season with the Oshawa Generals last season and scored a goal and 10 assists in 66 games. Last season, Ennis received the Oshawa Generals Bruce Melanson Scholastic Player of the Year Award given to the player who excels academically throughout the season and was also the recipient of the 2017-2018 Fitness Award. Ennis was selected in the third round 46th overall by the Generals during the 2016 OHL Priority Selection Draft.
The Future Generals Hockey Camp is open to players of all skill levels, aged seven to thirteen, where they are given the unique opportunity to develop their skills both on and off the ice with Oshawa Generals players and members of the coaching staff.
As a bonus to campers, Procut will be back this year offering complimentary on-site skate sharpening during the camp!
