BOWIE, Md. - The Bowie Baysox announce a series of roster moves today. RHP Bobby Bundy was promoted to Bowie from class Single-A Frederick, C Joel Polanco has been activated from the Disabled List, C Caleb Joseph was transferred to class Single-A Aberdeen and LHP Rick Zagone was transferred to class Single-A Frederick.

An updated roster and complete list of transactions is attached to this message.

Bundy was 11-5 with a 2.75 ERA in 20 starts for the Class-A Frederick Keys this year. He allowed 102 hits and 31 walks while striking out 100 batters in 121.0 innings of work.

Polanco is batting 1.000 (1-1) in one game on the season with one RBI in one plate appearance.

Joseph is batting .272 (81-298) in 83 games for Bowie this year. The right-handed backstop has 13 doubles, seven home runs and 38 RBIs.

Zagone appeared in 19 games for the Baysox, including 16 starts. The left-hander is 4-6 with a 4.84 ERA over 96.2 innings. He has walked 33 batters while striking out 57.
