Boulders Look to Strike out Stigmas, Bullying, Vaping, and Smoking

Rockland County, NY - When the Rockland Boulders host the Ottawa Champions at Palisades Credit Union Park this week, the themes are sure to resonate with children of all ages.
After rain postponed the originally-scheduled date in April, the sleeker, stronger BoulderBird is inviting all young Boulder fans to Palisades Credit Union Park for the Easter Egg Hunt on Tuesday, May 21st , starting at 6:00 pm. All participants will be admitted for FREE (online registration required), then everyone's encouraged to stick around and enjoy the Boulders' return as they host Ottawa, with first pitch set for 7:00 pm.
The series opener also marks Mental Health Awareness Night. As part of the "Strike Out Stigma" program, all fans will receive information on how they, family, friends, and colleagues can get access to services and resources designed to help everyone enjoy strong emotional wellness.
Then, on Wednesday, a School Day matinee serves as the backdrop for more vital life lessons. During the 10:30 am game against the Champions, attendees can learn more about anti-bullying, anti-vaping and anti-smoking initiatives.
"Batman" will be on hand, and the featured giveaway is a coloring book reinforcing the day's themes, presented by Palisades Credit Union.
The series wraps up with a 7:00 pm start on Thursday, after which the Boulders embark on their first road trip of the season, a seven-game foray into Canada that includes visits to the Quebec Capitales and the Ottawa Champions. With A Million Rea$on$ Why
