Boston Breakers Waive Midfielder Joanna Lohman

HANOVER, MASS. (September 12, 2014) - The Boston Breakers announced today that the club has waived midfielder Joanna Loman.

Loman, 32, played in 17 games with 14 starts for the Breakers in 2014. The Penn State University alum scored one goal in 1231 minutes played this past season.

In 2013, her first season with the Breakers, the Silver Spring, Md. native played 22 games including 21 starts. She logged 1,897 minutes and scored two goals for Boston.

"I cannot thank Jo enough for her contributions to the Breakers on and off the field. She is a fantastic pro, never misses a minute of training, looks after herself outside of the game and the attention/respect she shows supporters is amazing. We wish Jo nothing but the best in her next move", stated Breaker General Manager Lee Billiard.
