PRAIRIE VILLAGE, Kan. (September 12, 2014) - After lifting up the 2014 NWSL Ch ampionship trophy on August 31 st against the Seattle Reign, FC Kansas City's Director of Soccer Operations Huw Williams has announced that the team will not be waiving any of its players.
However, after the National Women's Soccer League announces the complete list of waived players, FC Kansas City's coaching staff will be evaluating the players waived from other teams and will consider signing new talent if there are any players that mee t the team's expectations.
All teams will have until 5 p.m. ET on Monday, September 15 to claim any players that are listed in the Waiver Wire.
FC Kansas City Blues are the reigning Champions of the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL).
