Greenville Drive News Release
The Greenville Bombers will host the Greenville Bombers Charity Golf Classic on Monday, July 25 at Carolina Springs Country Club in conjunction with For Our Children charity foundation.
The event will give members of the Greenville community an opportunity to play golf with and get to know the Bombers team and coaching staff while supporting Greenville's children in the process.
For Our Children is a Greenville based charitable organization that provides vital support to over a dozen local children's programs dedicated to helping kids in our community live more healthy, happy and fulfilled lives. Through an annual fund raising campaign, For Our Children raises funds for and increases awareness of local organizations that encourage, support and nurture the children of the Upstate.
Members of the Upstate community will have the opportunity to golf with Bombers players and coaches in a "captain's choice" format. A banquet catered by Edible Insights following the outing will feature prizes, awards and silent auction opportunities for all of the participants.
The cost to enter is $75 per person or $275 per foursome and includes golf, post-round banquet and door prizes.
For more information, interested participants should reach the Bombers' Director of Community Relations, Brenda Yoder, at 422-1510 or via email at brenda@bomberball.com.
